My passion for events started with early family gatherings and volunteering in my local community. This early interest evolved into a career and degree in nonprofit work. Now, my team and I partner with nonprofit leaders and community change-makers to create unforgettable events.

My philosophy is simple: If you aren’t having fun planning your event, you aren’t doing it right.

I want your guests to be excited to celebrate with you and deeply engage with your mission. I believe that people crave community and are inherently generous. This belief is the transformative power of events.

Swiss has a love for systems, logistics, and making spreadsheets look good. She thrives in the fast-paced energy of live events and is known for staying calm under pressure. From festivals to fundraisers, Swiss keeps every moving piece organized, hence why her unofficial job title is “Label-er.”

Shoshanna is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations build meaningful connections through thoughtful events, creative strategy, and impactful content. Known for her calm leadership and collaborative approach, Shoshanna brings curiosity, creativity, and big-picture thinking to every project.

Jackie Burbank (she/her)

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jackie helps keep every detail organized behind the scenes and is known for anticipating needs before they arise. Whether she’s tracking down a “missing” item or making sure every last detail of our contracts are covered, Jackie preps our team and takes care of our clients so we are ready for event day.

Charlotte blends her background in theater, communications, and styling to create thoughtful, visually compelling events. She’s passionate about designing with intention, ensuring every detail aligns with a client’s vision and goals.

Grace is our go-to support across everything from social media to day-of event execution. She loves seeing all the details come to life and brings a warm, approachable energy that helps clients, guests, and especially our brides, feel at ease.

Jessie brings a background in nonprofit marketing, supporting 11 signature fundraising events for a disability-focused organization. She’s passionate about inclusive storytelling and is often dubbed the “Canva queen” for any digital design needs.
